Working to connect families with medically fragile / complex children south of Atlanta.  Our mission is to educate, support and connect!

MISSION:  To provide education, training, support and inclusion opportunities for our community and for families and individuals with special needs in the South Metro Atlanta area

GOAL:  Expand the partner network of providers and local businesses (SNAP) to strengthen community awareness while increasing opportunities for families

COMMITMENT:  To educate the community and our members about inclusion opportunties and programs that support special needs families
