Service Project - United Way - Food Insecurity for Children

United way of Greater Atlanta's  Non-profit partners are dealing with an overwhelming increase of children in need of meals. Volunteers will create Snackpacks to donate to agencies serving youth facing food insecurity in Greater Atlanta.  These Snackpacks combat hunger in children as they are distributed to families who typically utilize the free and reduced lunch program throughout the school year.

This In-House project will give Rotarians the opportunity to volunteer for such an important project, and without having to alter your daily and weekend activities.

The project covers "Saving Mothers and Children" which is one of the seven areas of focus of Rotary Igternational.
