One of our district grant-supported projects this year (2018-2019) was the construction and installation of an outdoor classroom for Wellspring Living. Wellspring Living has been serving survivors of childhood sexual abuse and exploitation since 2001. They are devoted to safeguarding and empowering domestic sex trafficking victims and those at risk to develop the courage to move forward and the confidence to succeed. Through life-giving residential and community-based programs, girls and young women are provided the opportunity to live and dream again.

Many thanks to all of the Rotarians and partners who assisted in this project: Amy Matusek, Doc Jaleel, Adam Glendye, Matt McClanahan, Rory Christian, Randy Godfrey (and son), and Mike Nelson.
