November 12, 2021 - With the help of a Rotary District 6900 Grant, we hosted a REVERSE Job Fair with over 30 employers and 10 veteran (or veteran spouse) job seekers on Friday morning. A few job seekers have interviews scheduled for Monday. What makes this job fair unique is that the job seekers are the ones who have the booth. They shared memorabilia from their military experience, interests they have for their future careers, and employers were able to get to know the job candidates before discussing the potential positions. We are thankful for the opportunity to mentor job seekers to prepare them for this event. The Eden Project, Peachtree City Christian Church, and Fayette Chamber of Commerce were also integral partners to make this event a success.
