April 17, 2025 - We were honored to recognize the Georgia Laws of Life Essay Contest winners from McIntosh High School. These remarkable students shared powerful personal stories and reflections on the values that guide their lives—showcasing wisdom well beyond their years.  The Georgia Laws of Life Essay Contest is one of the largest high school essay contests in the nation, with more than 40,000 students participating annually with $20,000 awarded to winners. The contest encourages students to write about a “law of life”—a personal guiding principle—and how it has helped shape their character.  Through courage, honesty, and resilience, these students reminded us all of the power of storytelling and the importance of living with integrity.  We’re proud to support this meaningful program that aligns perfectly with Rotary’s values—and inspired to see the next generation of leaders already living their own laws of life.
