This past weekend, over 25 members of the Peachtree City Rotary Club helped with the Christmas Tree Recycling project at Home Depot and Kroger. Most of the trees were ground up into mulch; some were taken to area lakes to provide nesting for fish. While it was a free service to the community, $970 was raised for the Real Life Center through donations. The Real Life Center is a local non-profit organization that provides food and other resources to the needy.

In addition, we handed out White Pine seedlings provided by the Southern Conservation Trust.
